Über Stephantasy



Dieses LiveJournal ist Teil meiner Website “Stephantasy”. Hier geht’s auf Deutsch und auf Englisch um meine verschiedenen Projekte im Bereich kreatives Schreiben und Kunst.


Meine Wesenskarte im Tarot ist der Magier, eine Karte, die den Willen, die Weisheit und das Wort repräsentiert, durch die die Welten erschaffen werden. Den Willen, mit meinen Worten phantastische Welten zu erschaffen, habe ich jedenfalls. Ob das so besonders weise ist, wird sich noch zeigen.


Meine ersten Geschichten habe ich geschrieben, sobald ich schreiben konnte: auf kleine gelbe Karteikarten, im Alter von sechs/sieben Jahren. Inzwischen über 30, Volljuristin, Politikwissenschaftlerin und Historikerin, schreibe ich immer noch. Mal kurz, mal lang, mal auf Deutsch, mal auf Englisch.


Abgesehen davon bin ich verheiratet (keine Kinder, aber zwei Katzen), und lebe in einem kleinen Dorf im Frankenland.

This LiveJournal is part of my website “Stephantasy”. It’s all about my various creative writing and art projects, in English and in German.


The card for my inner being in tarot is the magician, a card that represents the will, the wisdom and the words to create worlds. I definitely have the will to create fantastical worlds with my words. How wise that is, remains to be seen.


I wrote my first stories as soon as I could write, on small yellow flashcards. By now I’m over thirty, qualified to work as a lawyer, with a degree in political sciences and history – and I’m still writing. Sometimes short stories, sometimes long stories, sometimes in German, sometimes in English.


Apart from that I’m married (with no children, but two cats), and live in a small village in Franconia.
